"School Health and Wellness Improvement Plan Mandates and Updates for training of all wellness chairs, committee members, federal coordinators, school nurses, and other school staff responsible for wellness reporting in their schools. This will also cover SHI and Indistar updates.”

Presenter will be required to fill out a W9 form and submit and invoice for payment; GFESC rate is $400 for full day (6 hours) and $300 for half day (3 hours); Each workshop must have more than 10 participants registered in order for it to make; Any information needed by the participants needs to be emailed to them prior to the workshop. *
